Armed Forces Day 5K Virtual Run

**** WE MET OUR MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR THIS EVENT ****** Please become a platoon member to receive future updates and invites Sacramento 1st Service Platoon will support first 20 to sign up supporting our Armed Forces and the National D Day commemoration by participating in a patriotic theme virtual 5K run/walk. On May 16, 2020, the National D-Day Memorial will be hosting the virtual Armed Forces Day 5K in observation of the CDC guidelines. So, what is a Virtual race? For years, many races have offered a virtual runner option that allowed runners to participate no matter where they might be and still be able to support the race. Runners/walkers can register for the race, execute it and post their times online after the run/walk, and receive a 2020 Armed Forces Day 5K race shirt by mail.
