Located in the middle of Thirdward, Blodgett Urban Gardens’ purpose is to address, educate, coordinate, and provide aid and relief to eradicate chronic malnutrition and hunger through gardening and other sustainability practices. We are accepting all ages of volunteers and the only thing that is needed from you is a great attitude! We will provide the rest. We will be tasked: Clearing out areas of the lot Gardening tasks Clean-up and much more!

Who should volunteer?

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
