Event overview

We are going to utilize our creative minds and talents to create personal shields of commitment to social justice that Dr. King embodied. Then, collectively, we will work on a team effort to create 5 Team Shields for each of the Service Platoons in the Pacific Northwest. Best of all, you get to take home your own personalized shields to take on MLK marches in your community and hang on your walls/offices.

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
