Join the Dallas Platoon in our Operation Grow South as we partner with The Oak Cliff Veggie Project! We will assist in building table top and circular benches, planters, an irrigation system, a fence and painting/decorations planters and flat stones for the children's area. This is an opportunity to serve with along side the Oak Cliff community to help The Oak Cliff Veggie Project educate, cultivate, and prepare the community members who live in a food desert in that area. These fruit and vegetables help people in this community and means a great deal. The Oak Cliff Veggie Project makes nutritious fruits and vegetables available to their community and we want to volunteer our time to ensure their success.
