Project scope: We will be installing wall shelves in the storage closet. These shelves will assist the Carpenter's Shelter case managers much needed access to organized resources used to support their residents.

Registration opens at 8:30 am. We will start at 9:00 am

Carpenter Shelter Mission Statement: Carpenter's Shelter supports the homeless to achieve sustainable independence through shelter, guidance, education, and advocacy. The Carpenter's Shelter serves the homeless population of Alexandria, single men, women, and families.

Location: Carpenter's Shelter, 5701-D Duke St, Alexandria Va 22304. Located on the upper level of the former Macy's in the Landmark Mall

Lunch: Will be provided after, will we go to a local restaurant once we are complete with the project. This will be a great time for us to get to know each other a little better on a social setting.

What To Wear :

Comfortable clothing, we will be doing indoor work. TMC shirt will be available.

What To Bring :

You bring the smile, and we will provide the rest.

Parking: There is parking immediately in front of the shelter.
