Veteran's Day Service Project

Join The Mission Continues with all 5 Houston Platoons for our annual Veteran's Day Service Project! This year we will be serving at Betsy Ross Elementary School. The purpose of building this garden is to give the children in this community an area to learn about fresh foods! We want to get the kids excited about learning how to pick and eat vegetables. This is an event for all ages, we will have plenty for the children to do. Let’s give the students at Betsy Ross Elementary School a garden! We will be tasked with the following: Building A Garden Painting Sorting and organizing throughout the campus Litter pick-up And so much more! Breakfast will start at 8:30 am so that we can start the service project promptly at 9 am. The goal is to create a sustainable impact in the Houston community, please join us for our National Day of Service in honor of Veteran’s Day.
