Event overview

The Mission Continues Broward 1st Service Platoon, in partnership with Youth Environmental Alliance, will come together for an impactful day of service at Lauderdale-By-The-Sea Beaches. This organization has been teaching and promoting public awareness of Florida's ecosystems to our youth since 2005. YEA is committed to empowering our youth and reconnecting them to Florida's environment and wildlife. This family-friendly project will include: - Planting native species and trees - Evasive species removal Snacks and plenty of cold water will be available for all volunteers who join us. To help us keep an accurate count for food and water, PLEASE register for yourself and any other volunteers you plan to bring.

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
