In partnership with Greater East End Management District, 5th Platoon will pull a double. Are you ready? We will help provide upkeep for TWO parks. One will be at Bryan Street Pocket Park and the other at Jenkins Butterfly Garden, which are about a block from one another. Maintenance will include: 1. Landscaping - weeding, trimming of trees/shrubs, and mulching 2. Gardening - removing weeds and adding flowers 3. Beautification - picking up litter in the park and nearby trail 4. Pond (Jenkins) - reworking and adding granite gravel Registration and breakfast will begin at 8:30am, at Jenkins Butterfly park on Harrisburg. From there we will split work between the 2 parks. *Lunch, refreshments, and TMC t-shirts will also be provided. Family friendly event; children welcome!!!
