Join us to support The 6th Branch Baltimore for their 8th Annual community service event in East Baltimore honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Hosted by the New Broadway East Community Association. We will be meeting in the parking lot of Southern Baptist Church(2105 E Lafayette Ave, Baltimore, MD 21213) and then after a short program we will begin work on several projects throughout the Broadway East Community. Parking is street parking around the meeting area. Projects include several light demolition, overgrowth removal, and large scale trash clean-up projects on multiple sites in the Broadway East community. Also, it is January so please dress in layers and be prepared for the cold.
