Hey, everyone! With the holiday season approaching, I wanted to volunteer my time to teach a fun, effective workout, and the YMCA is letting me have the studio space for free for our nonprofits! Pound is great for all fitness levels, and I teach modifications so everyone is comfortable. Depending on the intensity of your effort, you will burn 400-600 calories in an hour class, and then we can all decide on a venue for afterwards (that's where the Pour comes in). Feel free to come to just the class, to the class and somewhere to grab brunch and a drink, or meet us after class once we decide where we're eating/drinking!
