Boise Platoon

Event overview

TMC Boise platoon is completing a service project on November 17th at the Nampa Salvation Army Community Family Shelter. We are renovating one of their rooms into an education center for tutoring and studying. They currently collaborate with a local university to provide tutoring to the children who reside at the shelter, but are lacking a dedicated location to do so. This project will significantly impact local homeless youth in their pursuit to complete their education. We will also be aiding with security and accessibility issues. Event is open to Veterans, civilians, and children. Everyone is welcome! Food will be provided.
