VFW Post-1's Veterans Art Council has been chosen to curate all the art at the new VA Hospital. This will happen July 10th, 2018 starting at 2:00 P.M. 10 (or more) volunteers are needed to help with greeting and helping the artists getting all the art hung in the Atrium. The Atrium is a quarter mile long. All Volunteers will need to respond before noon the 10th of July. Alan Norton of Post-1 has to turn in a list of names and cell phone numbers of the volunteers who will be helping the artists. Hospital Security needs to know in advance who the volunteers are. Volunteers will assist the artists with finding their space and hanging their art. All of the art will be preapproved and the artist's space already assigned. Volunteers will be wearing the ID tags provided. Tags are not enough for Hospital Security. Again, volunteers must register with me in advance. The attachment is for the parking map.
