The Kids at Democracy Prep in Harlem need our help! The mission of Democracy Prep is to educate responsible citizen-scholars for success! They nurture children to get in the college of their choice and for a life of active citizenship. The Mission Continues with Harlem Grown will be beatifying the children's gardening and playground space with a fence. This fence will help protect the garden and plants from the rambunctious kids and help them learn by allowing for a separate space when they are in the garden. So come out and help the children of Democracy Prep Harlem with Harlem Grown beautify and improve their school! Charlie Mike!

Parking Information
The entrance to the garden is on 135th street near 5th avenue. Closets train stop is 1 and 2 train on 135th street stop. From there walk West to 5th avenue. You will see the garden.
