Women Veterans' Night - Yoga, Self-Care, & Socializing

WOMEN VETERANS - We hope you can make it for a short, all-levels yoga class offered by USMC veteran, Sarah Plummer Taylor, and followed by a 15min self care workshop (FREE journal included, too) before the remainder of the evening is open for socializing and snacking. CHILDCARE IS PROVIDED A kids' yoga class followed by childcare will be provided concurrently during the time of the event. YOGA MATS - if you have one, please bring it. Or, you can rent one at The Freyja Project for $1! The Mission Continues and Campus Compact of the Mountain West's AmeriCorps VISTA program are working together to offer this short but sweet evening social at NO COST to you. Hopefully it is the first of many to come. WOMEN VETERANS only for this first event. ALL ERAS are welcome to attend! Future events will include non-veteran partners, participants, and speakers.

Our service projects are for all veterans with a desire to continue their service and for all non-veterans that want to be part of a nationwide movement to transform communities. Please note, age and accessibility accommodations can be made at any project. There is room for everyone to make an impact.
