WOMEN VETERANS - We hope you can make it for a short, all-levels yoga class offered by USMC veteran, Sarah Plummer Taylor, and followed by a 15min self care workshop (FREE journal included, too) before the remainder of the evening is open for socializing and snacking.
CHILDCARE IS PROVIDED A kids' yoga class followed by childcare will be provided concurrently during the time of the event.
YOGA MATS - if you have one, please bring it. Or, you can rent one at The Freyja Project for $1!
The Mission Continues and Campus Compact of the Mountain West's AmeriCorps VISTA program are working together to offer this short but sweet evening social at NO COST to you. Hopefully it is the first of many to come.

Certain host organizations, such as schools, may prohibit volunteers with certain types of criminal convictions from participating in a service project.
