Memorial Day Flag Planting in West Roxbury

Event overview

Massachusetts is the final resting place of tens of thousands of veterans from generations spanning the Revolution to the Global War on Terrorism. Out of respect for their service and the sacrifices they made in their respective lifetimes, the State and City of Boston wish to place a flag at the headstone of each and every veteran laid to rest in a Massachusetts cemetery in time for Memorial Day. The Mission Continues Boston Platoon will be teaming up with Team RWB-Boston to plant flags on veteran graves at Shara Tfilo Cemetery in West Roxbury. Please join us in honoring the men and women who came before us in liberty.
