This Earth Day we are going back to Anacostia Park to help get the park ready for what aims to be a busy summer! We will be repainting the parking lot line to help keep it organized, filling some gravel in the road way to the rear picnic space, and repainting the tennis courts. Let's brighten up the park as the weather breaks so we can ensure they have everything they need for a successful summer! Please park in the rear of the skate pavilion (the pavilion should be between your car and the river) as we are paining the front two parking lots. Also, the skate pavilion is about a 25 min walk and 7 min bike ride from Potomac Ave Station (There is Capital Bike Share at both locations).
