Why Participate?
On this day, veterans and non-veterans will unite in service, commemorating those who have served and sacrificed since 9/11. This United in Service Project encourages us to reflect on what truly matters: our commitment to serving our communities. By supporting Ironstone Farm, we help provide veterans and first responders with the resources they need to heal from past trauma.
Ironstone Farm uses horses to assist in a variety of programs benefiting children and adults with disabilities, veterans with PTSD, individuals battling cancer, seniors with memory impairment, at-risk teens, people in recovery from addiction, and families in need within our local community and inner cities.
What to Expect:
Activities: Volunteers will engage in various indoor and outdoor tasks to support the farm and its infrastructure.
