Veteran's Day at Doris Miller American Legion Post 213

Hello Everyone,

Please join us this Veteran's Day at the Doris Miller American Legion Post in Park Slope, Brooklyn, as we once again tackle various tasks before the holiday season rolls in. Depending on how the weather holds up, we'll be either outdoors, indoors or both.

This particular American Legion has some aging veterans that could use our help upkeeping things. So, we have some tasks below that we need to get done. Check them out:

Outdoor (Weather Permitting)
-Right side of garden : Removal of weeds, Setup for Staging of Garden Benches from Left Garden.
-Left side of Garden: Stage Wood Build Planter Benches & Table Benches.

Indoors
-Suite 10 Wall Painting: Removal of Wall Mounted Tables, Mount of Loose Wall Outlet, Ceiling Tile Removal & Replacement.
- 369th Basement Clearing & Document Scanning.

How to get there:

By Train : Take the F or G train to 15th Street - Prospect Park, walk down 15th Street to 8th Ave. The Legion will be across the street inside the Armory.

By Bus: Take the B61 to 15th Street and 8th Ave

By Car : Enter 1402 8th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215
