Keeping Our Heroes’ Legacies Alive

Imagine sitting in your car on your daily commute.  You turn on the radio and hear a song you immediately connect with.  It’s happened to you before, but this song is different.  The lyrics you just heard were written by a fallen American hero.

You carry that song with you all day, humming the tune, replaying the words.  What you’re doing, really, is keeping that hero’s memory alive.

Heroes Notes Foundation was established with the mission of creating enduring memorials that will forever change the way we pay tribute to America’s fallen heroes – the military service members, fire fighters, police officers and rescue workers who have sacrificed all for the greater good.

Our work is rooted in the belief that Memorial Day, Veterans Day and 9/11 alone are not enough to show the gratitude we have for our heroes and their families.  They deserve recognition 365 days a year.

With that in mind, we’ve created a multimedia platform designed to bring our heroes’ stories to people around the country in their everyday life, every day of the year.  We do this through music, books, film and social media.

It’s all about sharing their stories, and we invite families to do so by creating a memorial page on our website.  It’s an entirely free resource and always will be.

Heroes Wall

These special memories give us a glimpse of the person they were.  Sharing them makes it possible for people around the country to connect with our heroes and ensure their legacy lives on.

Today, you have an opportunity to join us.

Heroes Notes is proud to collaborate with The Mission Continues and offer a fellowship to a veteran looking to give back.  As a Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with Heroes Notes to honor and memorialize those who did not return.

Your experience as a service member makes you an asset to any organization. To ours in particular, you will bring insight that only 0.5% of the population has and an empathy that will help families through the memorialization process.

If you’d like to continue your mission with Heroes Notes Foundation, please apply for a fellowship today.
