Saturday July, 29th, 2017 we here at Tacoma 1st Platoon are once again saying goodbye to our fearless leader Shawn Durnen and ramping up to welcome our newest platoon leader Mr. Eric Ballentine. Eric is a strong community advocate and an exceptional volunteer who has been with TMC for over two years now, and he under Shawns Leadership is ready and roaring to go to once again make an impact in The South Sound!! and in true South Sound fashion im pretty sure there is going to be some dancing Cough! Arthur Murray Cough! So lets do this right and get ready to welcome in a new year and celebrate another year coming to a close of continued service and empowerment to our military, their families and the community that shows us everyday what its all about. Veronica Davis, our social coordinator has planned a routing tooting good time with a cowboy and cow-girl theemed party that kicks off at 3pm sharp, so please once again join us for this party of parties, and as always thank you all for making this one great year!!
