Tornado Disaster Clean Up

Event overview

This event is in response to this past weekend's deadly tornadoes. Smiths Station, AL is in need of clean-up and we will be focusing our efforts there. The Red Cross has asked us to augment the volunteers from The Church of the Highlands. We will meet at the Govt Center in Smiths Station at 9 am EASTERN TIME. We will leave the govt center after being divided into teams. Lunch will be provided. If you have a chainsaw, rake, personal protection equipment, or other tools that can be of assistance during a disaster clean up, please bring them. Feel free to bring others with you! The end time for the clean up approximate yet but if you can contribute any length of time, it would be deeply appreciated by those who have lost so much.
