Do you love film, storytelling, park art, and short talks from some of the most amazing conservation and recreation voices?

If so, we want to make sure you know the Choose Your Adventure: Trails, Rivers & the North Cascades 50th Anniversary, where you can Choose Your Adventure. Whether you want to get up close and personal with a large bird of prey, talk with a park ranger, or see some of the epic murals at El Centro de la Raza, they will have something fun planned for you.

October marks the 50th birthday for North Cascades National Park, the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, and the National Trails System Act. To celebrate these achievements and the incredible places they protect, National Parks Conservation Association and partners (that's us) are hosting a special celebration – and you’re invited!

Choose Your Adventure will feature an amazing assortment of programs for you to enjoy. From Scott Kranz’s story of climbing 50 peaks in the North Cascades, to Yesenia Castro’s hit film about enjoying public lands as a first generation American, you’re sure to be inspired. We’ll have family activities, music, food trucks, dessert, beer and more!

In addition to attending the event, they're also looking for a few key volunteers who would love to help. If you're in to volunteer, please let the Seattle City Impact Manager - Linh Thai know. If not, no worries...just come out and enjoy the event.

This event includes fun for the entire family. All ages are welcome!
