This year’s celebration features activities and entertainment for all ages, right in the heart of Downtown Arlington! Multiple stages of FREE entertainment with some of the top acts in DFW. The Schedule is below you can VOLUNTEER for the whole time or for two hours at a time. Just let me know what works. We will work mostly in the KID Zone, supervising the bouncy houses and more. its going to be an amazing time and great start to celebrate Independence Day with the whole family! What To Wear
TMC blue and comfortable clothing and shoes. Volunteers will have to do a lot of standing or walking.
What to Bring
To make the most of your evening at Light Up Arlington, bring a fun attitude, a lawn chair or blanket for relaxing, snacks or a picnic dinner, and a cooler with beverages (but no glass containers, please). You might also want a hat, sunscreen, bug spray or other protection from Mother Nature. Strollers are permitted on site.
Inclement Weather
Rain or Shine: No selling of food or merchandise without designated vendor pass. No glass containers. Due to the large crowds and loud noises, we do not encourage you to bring pets. Pets will be allowed to the events, but owners assume full responsibility for their actions.

Parking Information
I would try to park near the Wade building as a volunteer. There is free parking at UTA. Attendees are also welcome to park in any public lot in Downtown Arlington. There is no dedicated lot for the event. Parking is available on side streets. Street signs will direct to legal parking spots.
