Bring a friend and join us at Post-1 from 7-8pm for a FREE, All-Levels (yes, beginners are welcome) yoga class lead by a veteran yoga teacher. Veterans/AD/reservists, civilians, friends, and family are all welcome to attend. Mats, blocks, and blankets are provided. Free street parking. If you need a ride, share it in the group. If you can stay afterwards to socialize, please do! We often chat a bit at the Post before walking a few doors down to Renegade Brewery for a beer, kombucha, or soda.
