The Mission Continues 2nd Service platoon couldn't be any more excited about this service opportunity with Academy Sports in Lee Vista. We are looking to escort 30 children and approximately 10 chaperones from Rosemont Elementary School to the drop-off location at the Academy Sports in Lee Vista (Address: 6640 Eagle Watch Dr. Orlando, Fl 32822). As a result, we have gathered the children from Rosemont Elementary; in addition to, children of active volunteers from the Mission Continues Orlando Service Platoons; and, the children from yet another community partner referred to as Soldiers to Scholars. So we can all get an opportunity to get to know each a little bit better! This event will start on Nov. 2nd from 5:30pm-7:30pm. That being said we would be requesting pick-up at 3:30pm and drop-off at 9:00pm. A meal will be served in the Cafeteria at Rosemont Elementary, served by "Chef Eddie's" prior to the event. Meals will be served approximately around 2:30!
