This Veterans Day, the New York City Platoons are heading to Harlem Grown, an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire youth to lead healthy and ambitious lives through mentorship and hands-on education in urban farming, sustainability, and nutrition, to participate in a large day of service geared towards helping their farms be prepared for the winter. Specific project tasks are still being determined but as soon as we have more information, we'll be sure to let you know. We hope to see you there!
