Veterans Day celebrates the service of all U.S. military veterans. Please join us this year on Veterans Day as we honor those who served by continuing to serve at Hoover High School in City Heights. Volunteers will team up to expand and enhance the school garden (building new raised planter beds, planting roughly a dozen fruit-bearing trees, and enclosing the garden in a chain link fence). There will also be landscaping and build teams working in the Art Department, painting a large mural adjacent to the garden, and much more! All are welcome to join!
